Article (5)
Entry into Force
This Decision shall come into effect from its date of
issuance, and all relevant departments must take
the necessary measures for its implementation,
each within its respective jurisdiction. These
instructions shall remain in effect during the
current exceptional circumstances, and Abu Dhabi
Customs may amend, suspend, or cancel them at
any time it deems appropriate.
