Article 1 — Conditions and Controls for Installment

Payments (Customs Facilities) Customs duties
(5% on imports) and service fees shall be paid in
installments in accordance with the following
Conditions and Controls:
1. The establishment must be licensed in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
2. Submission of an installment request by the
establishment prior to the arrival of the imported
goods, through the approved channels (TAMM).
3. Provision of a guarantee (corporate guarantee,
cash deposit, or bank guarantee) covering the full
value of the due amounts.
4. The applicant must not have any customs
violations or previous unpaid financial claims.

5 . االلتزام بخطة التقسيط وفق مواعيدها املحددة.
6 . ان يكون لدي املستفيد حساب تسهيالت جمركي (دفع الحق).
املادة ( 2 )
مدة التقسيط (التسهيالت الجمركية )
تكون مدة تقسيط الرسوم املستحقة ال تزيد على 365 يوم
املادة ( 3 )
أحكام عامة
1 . تسييل الضمان كليًا أو جزئيا ً بما يعادل الرسوم املستحقة إذا
حل أجل السداد ولم تؤدى املبالغ املطلوبة .
2 . إيقاف االستفادة من املبادرة مستقبالً.

يسري العمل بهذا القرار ملدة ثالثة أشهر اعتبارا من تاريخ 15 - 5 - 2026
وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية، ويجوز تمديده ملدة مماثلة .

5. The applicant shall comply with the installment
plan according to its specified due dates.
6. The beneficiary must have a customs facilities
account (post-payment).

Article 2 — Installment Payment Period (Customs Facilities)

The installment payment period for the due fees
shall not exceed 365 days.

Article 3 — General Provisions

1. The guarantee shall be liquidated, in whole or in
part, in an amount equal to the due fees if the
payment due date is reached and the required
amounts have not been paid.
2. Suspension of future access to the initiative.

Article 4 — Entry into Force

This Decision shall be effective for a period of three
months starting from 15/05/2026, shall be published
in the Official Gazette, and may be extended for a
similar period.
