Amiri Decree No. (23) of 2019
Concerning the Appointment of Members of the Public
Prosecution at Abu Dhabi Judicial Department
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the Governmental
body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (23) of 2006 concerning the Judicial Department in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments;
• The recommendation of the Judicial Council; and
• Based on what was presented by the Chairman of the Judicial Department;
Issued the following Decree:
Article (1)
The following gentlemen shall be appointed as Members of the Public
Prosecution at Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, as per the position and grade
corresponding to each of them:
