Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2019
Concerning the Appointment of the Undersecretary
of the Judical Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the Governmental
body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (23) of 2006 concerning the Judicial Department in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Amiri Decree No. (21) of 2006 concerning the appointment of the
Chairman of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
• Chairman of the Judicial Department Resolution No. (10) of 2014
concerning the assignment to act as Undersecretary of the Judicial
Department;
• The recommendation of the Judicial Council; and
• Based on what was presented by the Chairman of the Judicial Department,
Issued the following Decree:
Article (1)
H.E. Yousef Saeed Al Ibri shall be appointed as the Undersecretary of the
Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Article (2)
This Decree shall be effective from the date of its publication and published
in the Official Gazette.
