Amiri Decree No. (6) of 2019 Concerning the Appointment of a Judge and Members of the Public Prosecution at the Judicial Department Abu Dhabi

Article 1 — Mr. Massaab Salem Ali Mohammed Al Hosani, a UAE National, shall be ¶

appointed as a judge of the Court of First Instance (a) at Category (5).

Article 2 — The persons indicated here-below shall be appointed as members of the ¶

Public Prosecution at the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to
the position and category indicated for each of them:
