Amiri Decree No. (7) of 2022 Concerning Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club

Article 2 — The Chairman of the Club shall issue a resolution concerning the formation ¶

of the Board of Directors, that shall consist of five members at least
including the Chairman of the Board of Directors and his Vice-chairman;
the resolution shall state the competencies of the Board of Directors, its
powers, its functioning system and the remuneration of its members.

Article 3 — The Chairman of the Club may delegate any of his competencies to the ¶

Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Director-General; and the
delegation shall be in written and specific.
