Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (10) of 2019
Concerning the Appointment of the Director-General
of the Community Contributions Authority “Ma’an”
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (6) of 2016 concerning the Human Resources in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi;
• Law No. (12) of 2018 concerning the establishment of the Department of
Community Development;
• Law No. (6) of 2019 concerning the establishment of the Community
Contributions Authority “Ma’an”; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council,
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
H.E. Salama Ajalan Al Amimi shall be appointed as Director-General of the
Community Contributions Authority “Ma’an”.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published
in the Official Gazette.
