Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (12) of 2020 Concerning the Formation of the Board of Directors of the Advanced Technology Research Council

Article 1 — The Board of Directors of the Advanced Technology Research Council ¶

shall be formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin
Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the membership of:
1. H.E. Sara Awad Issa Musallam.
2. H.E. Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi.
3. H.E. Dr. Shaikha Salem Obaid Al-Dhaheri.
4. Secretary-General of the Advanced Technology Research Council.

Article 2 — The term of the membership of the Board of Directors shall be three ¶

renewable years.

Article 3 — This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published ¶

in the Official Gazette.
