Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (2) of 2023
Concerning the Appointment of the Undersecretary of
the Department of Health
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (6) of 2016 concerning the Human Resources in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (10) of 2018 concerning the establishment of the Department of
Health;
• Based on what was Presented to and approved by the Executive Council;
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
Her Excellency Dr. Noura Khamis Saeed Al Ghaithi shall be appointed as the
Undersecretary of the Department of Health.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be
published in the Official Gazette.
