No. (23) of 2019
Concerning the Appointment of the Director-General
of Al Dhafra Region Municipality
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (10) of 2006 concerning the Municipality and the Municipal Council
of the Western Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (6) of 2016 concerning the Human Resources in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi;
• Law No. (5) of 2018 concerning the establishment of the Department of
Urban Planning and Municipalities;
• Executive Council Resolution No. (210) of 2018 concerning the assignment
to act as the Director-General of Al Dhafra Region Municipality; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council,
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
H.E. Mohammed Ali Abdan Al Sheddi Al Mansouri shall be appointed as the
Director-General of Al Dhafra Region Municipality.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published
in the Official Gazette.
