Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (32)
of 2019
Concerning the Reformation of the Board of Trustees
of Mohammed V University / Abu Dhabi
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (2) of 2013 concerning the establishment of Mohammed V
University – Agdal – Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (35) of 2016 concerning
the reformation of the Board of Trustees of Mohammed V University –
Agdal – Abu Dhabi; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council,
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
The Board of Trustees of Mohammed V University / Abu Dhabi shall be
reformed under the chairmanship of H.E Dr. Mohammed Matar Salem bin
Abed Al Kaabi and the membership of each of their Excellencies:
1. Dr. Mohammed Yousif Hasan Mohammed Baniyas;
2. Dr. Karima Matar Rashid bin Yalil Al-Mazrouie;
3. Dr. Saeed Amzazi;
4. Mohammed Ghachi;
5. Dr. Jamaluddin Al Hani.

Article (2)
The term of the Board's membership shall be three renewable years.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published
in the Official Gazette.
