Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (34) of 2019
Concerning the Appointment of the Undersecretary of
the Department of Economic Development
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (6) of 2016 concerning the Human Resources in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (7) of 2018 concerning the reorganisation of the Department of
Economic Development;
• Executive Council Resolution No. (273) of 2018 concerning the assignment
of duties of Undersecretary of the Department of Economic Development;
and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council,
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
H.E. Rashed Abdul Karim Al Balooshi shall be appointed as Undersecretary
of the Department of Economic Development.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published
in the Official Gazette.
