Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (39) of 2007 concerning
the transfer of ownership of lands and facilities to sports clubs;

And based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council; •
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
Article (2) of the said Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (39)
of 2007 shall be replaced by the following:
Clubs shall be prohibited from transferring the ownership of lands and
facilities owned by them to any legal person without the consent of the
Executive Council.
