Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (41) of 2018
Concerning the Reformation of the Board of Directors
of the National Health Insurance Company
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Amiri Decree No. (39) of 2005 concerning the Establishment of the
National Health Insurance Company (Public Joint Stock Company) and its
amendments;
• Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (66) of 2017 concerning
the Reformation of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance
Company; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council;
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
The Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Company shall be
reformed under the Chairmanship of H.E. Tareq Abdul Raheem Al Hosani,
and the membership of their Excellencies and Messrs:
1- Khalid Abdullah Almas, Vice-Chairman
2- Khalaf Abdullah Al Hammadi

3- Sara Awad Al Hadrami
4- The Strategic Partner
Article (2)
The Term of the Board’s membership shall be three years.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be
published in the Official Gazette.
