the Private Joint Stock Companies in accordance with the applicable
legislations.

Article 2 — • Any text or provision related to the Private Joint Stock Companies in the ¶

aforesaid Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (50) of 2005
shall be repealed.
• Any text or provision contrary to the provisions of this Resolution shall be
repealed.

Article 3 — This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be ¶

published in the Official Gazette.
