Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (53) of 2018
Concerning the Eighteenth Investment Zone in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (3) of 2005 concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration
in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
• Law No. (19) of 2005 concerning Real Estate Property and its amendments;
• Letter of the Crown Prince Court concerning two lands in Al Jubail Island; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council;
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
Lands No. (1a, 1b) in Al Jubail Basin situated at the south of Al Jubail Island
shall be deemed an investment zone, as delineated in the attached maps.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be
published in the Official Gazette.
