Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (8) of 2019
Concerning the Re-Formation of the Board of
Directors of the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC)
– Abu Dhabi
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
Having reviewed:
• Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the Reorganisation of the Governmental
Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the reorganisation of the National
Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) – Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
• Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (106) of 2015 concerning
the reformation of the Board of Directors of the National Rehabilitation
Centre (NRC) – Abu Dhabi; and
• Based on what was presented to and approved by the Executive Council,
Issued the following Resolution:
Article (1)
The Board of Directors of the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) – Abu
Dhabi shall be reformed under the chairmanship of H.E. Mohammed Salem
Al-Dhaheri, and the membership of each of the following Excellencies:
1. Abdullah Abdul AlAli Abdullah Al Humaidan
2. Brigadier Abdel Moneim Al Sayed Mohammed Al Hashimi
3. Representative of the Medical Office at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.
4. Representative of the Department of Health.
5. Representative of Abu Dhabi Police General Head Quarter.
6. Representative of the Department of Community Development

Article (2)
The Board’s membership shall be three renewable years.
Article (3)
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published
in the Official Gazette.
