Circular No. (12) of 2020
Concerning the One-Time Policy
To all governmental entities and companies in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi
Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you,
We are pleased to greet you and express our sincere gratitude for your
continuous cooperation to realise the public interest.
Based on the constant concern to facilitate the customers’ journey and simplify
the procedures to enhance government integration between governmental
entities and companies in the Emirate, and to benefit from digital capabilities,
and based on the approval of the Executive Committee, we kindly urge you to
adhere to the following:
1. Apply the One-Time Policy according to the attachment.
2. Adopt the integrated government platform as the exclusive digital platform
for the provision and exchange of digital data between governmental
entities and companies.
3. Convert and manage all paper documents issued by governmental entities
and companies into digital data and include them in the integrated
government platform within 3 months from the date of issuance of this
Circular.
4. Work on updating the procedures and regulations for using the digital
data available on the integrated government platform in all government
transactions and avoid requiring similar data from customers.
5. Coordinate in advance with Abu Dhabi Digital Authority before creating
or adding any official document in government transactions with the aim
of converting documents into digital data to facilitate procedures for
customers.
6. Submit quarterly reports on the progress of implementing the One-Time
