Circular No. (2) of 2022
Concerning the Regulation of Dealing and
Cooperation with Public Benefit Organisations and –
NGOs that are Licensed in the State
To all governmental entities and companies in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi
Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you,
We are pleased to greet you and express our sincere gratitude for your
continuous cooperation to realise the common interest.
Based on the constant keenness to achieve work organisation and
cooperation among governmental entities and companies with Public Benefit
Organisations and NGOs in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and in implementation
of the provisions of Law No. (12) of 2018 concerning the establishment of
the Department of Community Development; and based on the approval of
the Executive Committee, we urge you not to deal or cooperate with Public
Benefit Organisations and NGOs that are not licensed in the State. In the event
of a desire to deal with such organisations, prior approval shall be obtained
from the Department of Community Development, in accordance with the
procedures adopted thereat.
