Circular No. (5) of 2022
Concerning Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services
Platform TAMM
To all governmental entities and companies in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi
Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you,
We are pleased to greet you and express our sincere gratitude for your
continuous cooperation to realise the common interest.
Based on Abu Dhabi government’s keenness to provide an easy and effortless
customer experience for various segments of society and to use the unified
service channels model as one of the methods of service provision; by way of
updating Circular No. (7) of 2020 concerning Abu Dhabi Unified Government
Services Platform TAMM (6/6) and (12 /12); based on Circular No. (1) of
2022 concerning the policy of providing an easy and effortless customer
experience in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and based on the approval of the
Executive Committee, we urge you to abide by the following:
1. Working on transforming government services into digital services through
Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services Platform TAMM, and providing all
relevant information and documents when needed.
2. Classifying and updating all data related to government services, after their
reviewal by Abu Dhabi Executive Office, according to the Policy of Providing
an Easy and Effortless Customer Experience in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
and providing all relevant information and documents when needed.
3. Coordinating with Abu Dhabi Digital Authority in accordance with the Policy
of Providing an Easy and Effortless Customer Experience in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi to carry out the following:
a. Transferring digital government services to Abu Dhabi Unified
Government Services Platform TAMM, provided that a detailed action
plan is submitted to Abu Dhabi Executive Office to stop the provision of

these services through other websites, and include a transitional trial
period through which the quality of these services shall be tested to
ensure the stability and continuity of their provision to customers.
b. Adopting the Unified Digital Payment Platform for the Government of Abu
Dhabi “Abu Dhabi Pay” as a unified channel for payment of government
service fees.
c. Adopting the unified number of Abu Dhabi Government (800555) as a
unified point of contact with the public.
