Executive Council Resolution No. (107) of 2023
concerning the Thirty-Second Investment Zone in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi
The Executive Council has decided the following:
1. Approve the transfer of the land whose dimensions are specified in the
(attachment) to this Resolution to the Thirty-Second Investment Zone in
the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for the Ramhan Island project, provided that the
percentage of foreign ownership does not exceed (25%) in accordance
with the controls determined by the Department of Municipalities and
Transport.
2. Instruct Department of Municipalities and Transport to take the necessary
measures in conformity with the applicable regulations.
