Executive Council Resolution No. (12) of 2023
concerning The Reformation of the Board of Directors
of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority
Having reviewed Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (4) of
2021 concerning the Reformation of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi
Housing Authority.
The Executive Council has decided the following:
1. The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority shall be reformed
under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al-
Hammadi, and the membership of:
• Hisham Khaled Tawfiq Malak.
• Hamad Abdullah Saleh Al Mutawa.
• Ali Jassem Ali Al Mazrouie.
• Sara Ahmed Salem Al-Harbi.
2. The membership term of the Board shall be two renewable years.
3. This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and
published in the Official Gazette.
