Executive Council Resolution
No. (142) of 2021
Concerning the Reformation of the Board of Directors
of the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi
Having reviewed the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No.
(55) of 2018 concerning the reformation of the Board of Directors of the
Environment Agency- Abu Dhabi,
The Executive Council has decided the following:
The Board of Directors of the Environment Agency- Abu Dhabi shall be
reformed under the Chairmanship of H.E Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al
Nahyan and the membership of their Excellencies:
1. H.E./ Mohammad Ahmad Mohammad Al Bawardi- Vice-chairman
2. H.E./ Mariam Mohammed Saeed Al Mehairi
3. H.E./ Dr. Mugheer Khamis Mugheer Al Khaili
4. H.E./ Falah Mohammed Falah Al-Ahbabi
5. H.E. Staff Maj.Gen. Pilot Faris Khalaf Khalfan Al Mazrouie
6. H.E./ Razan Khalifa Ahmed Al-Mubarak
7. Mr. Ahmad Saqer Al-Suwaidi
• The term of the Board's membership shall be three renewable years.
• This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and
published in the Official Gazette.
