Executive Council Resolution No. (180) of 2019
Concerning the Additional Competencies of Abu
Dhabi Executive Office
The Executive Council has decided the following:
First: Approve the addition of the following competencies to Abu Dhabi
Executive Office to the competencies assumed thereby pursuant to Law No.
(18) of 2019 concerning Abu Dhabi Executive Office:
1. Supervise and contribute in developing strategic and executive plans
of the Emirate in coordination with the governmental entities and
approve them by the Executive Council.
2. Follow up on and develop the governmental performance in the
Emirate.
3. Develop innovative programmes and initiatives as well as the standards
of excellence of governmental services, in coordination with the
governmental entities, and supervise their implementation.
4. Supervise Abu Dhabi Development Accelerator Programme
“Ghadan21” in coordination with the relevant entities.
5. Follow up on the satisfaction levels of the customers of the governmental
entities and submit periodic reports to the Executive Council.
6. Measure and assess the performance level of the governmental
services through field visits and government channels.
Second: This resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance.
