Executive Council Resolution
No. (56) of 2019
Concerning The Reformation of the Board of Directors
of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company
Based on Law No. (17) of 2005 concerning the establishment of Abu Dhabi
Sewerage Services Company, pursuant to Article (7) thereof stipulating
that the Board of Directors shall be appointed by an Executive Council
Resolution, and to the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No.
(79) of 2014 concerning the reformation of the Board of Directors of Abu
Dhabi Sewerage Services Company;
The Executive Council has decided the following:
First: The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company
shall be reformed under the chairmanship of HE Mubarak Obaid Al-Dhaheri
and the membership of the following Excellencies:
1. Mohammed Ali Al Shadi Al-Mansouri
2. Issa Mubarak Ali Rashid Al-Mazrouei
3. Dr. Sheikha Salim Obeid Al Dhaheri
4. Rashid Musabah Al Man'i
5. Dr. Asma Ibrahim Al Mannaei
6. Mouza Suheil Mohamed Al Muhairi
Second: The term of the board’s membership shall be three renewable years.
Third: This resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and
published in the Official Gazette.
