Executive Council Resolution
No. (59) of 2021
Concerning the Reformation of the Board of Directors
of Abu Dhabi General Services Company
Pursuant to Law No. (27) of 2007 concerning the establishment of Abu Dhabi
General Services Company and pursuant to Article (6) thereof stipulating the
appointment of the board of directors by an Executive Council Resolution;
The Executive Council has decided the following:
• The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi General Services Company shall be
reformed under the chairmanship of Mr. Talal Shafiq Abdullah Al Theyabi
and the membership of:
1. Adel Abdullah Mohammed Yahya Al-Buraiki.
2. Ibrahim Khamis Mohammed Al-Maghribi.
3. Mohammed Muslim Nasser Al-Junaibi.
4. Ali Ibrahim Sabri Mohammed.
5. Fahd Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Al-Mahmoud.
6. Bayan Hassan Jassem Ahmed Al-Hosani.
• The term of membership of the Board shall be three renewable years.
• This Resolution shall be implemented from the date of its issuance, and
published in the Official Gazette
