Executive Council Resolution No. (73) of 2019
Concerning The Appointment of a Member to The
Board of Directors of Emirates Nuclear Energy
Corporation
Based on Law No. (21) of 2005 concerning the establishment of Emirates
Nuclear Energy Corporation, pursuant to Article (10) thereof stipulating that
the Board of Directors shall be appointed by an Executive Council Resolution,
and to the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution
No. (2) of 2018 concerning the reformation of the Board of Directors of
Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation;
The Executive Council has decided the following:
To appoint H.E. Mohammed Hassan Al Suwaidi as a member of the Board of
Directors of Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation.
