Executive Council Resolution No. (99) of 2022
Concerning Investment Zones 24 to 30 in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi
The Executive Council has decided the following:
1. Approve the conversion of the following lands into investment areas:
• Land No. 1 - Al Shamkha Basin 35 in the area of Al Shamkha City –
Abu Dhabi. Address of the Plot (102- 033- 000 – 1 ) for Al-Rayman 2
Project, Investment Zone 24 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to
the boundaries shown in the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. 1 - Free Zone Dock 2 in Zayed Port area – Abu Dhabi. Address
of the Plot ( 0 – 111 – 000 - 1) for Port Zayed Project, Investment Zone
25 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to the boundaries shown in
the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. C 1 A Al Raha Beach Basin, East 2 in Al Bahia area – Abu
Dhabi. Address of the Plot (0-0-000- C1A) for Yas Hills Project,
Investment Zone 26 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to the
boundaries shown in the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. 674B, Ain Al-Fayda Basin, in Ain Al-Fayda area in Al-Ain city.
Address of the Plot (28-01-801-6748) for Ain Al-Fayda Wilderness
Project, Investment Zone 27 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to
the boundaries in the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. C2 Sas Al-Nakhl Basin in Sas Al-Nakhl area – Abu Dhabi.
Address of the Plot (0-001-000- C2) for The Gateway Project,
Investment Zone 28 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to the
boundaries shown in the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. C1a Old Samha Basin East in Samha area – Abi Dhabi,
Address of the Plot ( 053 – 006 – 000 – C1A) for the Manazel Al Reef

project and land No. C1b Old Samha East in the Samha area. Address
of the Plot (-0-0-0-000- C1B) ) for the Merzab project,Investment Zone
29 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to the boundaries shown in
the map attached to this Resolution.
• Land No. P7, Basin (Z9) in Mohammed bin Zayed City area, Abu Dhabi.
Address of the Plot (006-249-000- P7) for Burjeel Medical City project,
Investment Zone 30, according to the boundaries shown in the map
attached to this Resolution.
2. I Instruct Abu Dhabi Investment Office, in coordination with the Department
of Municipalities and Transport, to lay down a mechanism and criteria for
converting lands into investment areas, and a mechanism for cancelling
contracts in the event of non-compliance by developers.
3. Instruct you to follow up on the commitment of developers and beneficiaries
of investment areas, by developing and exploiting them in accordance
with the purposes and objectives intended; and provide the Executive
Council with the result within four months.
4. Instruct you to take the necessary action in accordance with the applicable
systems.
