Law No. (17) of 2020 Concerning the Orders, Medals and Badges of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters

المادة 1 — In the implementation of the provisions of this Law, the following words and

phrases shall have the meanings corresponding thereto, unless the context
requires otherwise:
State : The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate : The Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Ruler : The Ruler of the Emirate.
Executive Council : The Executive Council of the Emirate.
General Headquarters : Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
Commander-in-Chief : The Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police.
Director-General : The Director-General of Abu Dhabi Police.

Members of the
General Headquarters
: Whoever occupies one of the positions mentioned in
the General Headquarters’ budget, from among military
officers, non-commissioned officers, individuals and
other categories of students, scholars, guards and
civilians, whether male or female.
Military : Whoever holds a military rank outside the General
Headquarters inside or outside the State.
Community Members : Any natural or legal person.
Internal Security
Operations
: An armed engagement in any way with outlaws,
carrying out security-keeping tasks on land, sea, or
air, or police and security training and exercises with
live ammunition, or dealing with aircraft, trains, ships,
boats, watercraft and vehicles and mine and explosive
incidents, traffic accidents, or in the cases of raising the
levels of readiness as per the work requirements; and
the tasks assigned to the General Headquarters inside
or outside the Emirate fall within the internal security
operations, in coordination with the competent entities.
Martyr : Whoever dies while taking part in war operations or
affected by his wounds after being transferred from
battle fields or in other cases decided by the Ruler
based on the proposal of the Commander-in-Chief, as
the case may be, and every person who dies in one of
the following cases shall be considered as a martyr:
a. Accident involving aircraft, ships, combat vehicles
and boats.
b. During training and military exercises with live
ammunition.
c. Scuba diving accidents.
d. During the implementation of Internal Security
Operations or engagements resulting from law
enforcement.
e. Any other cases decided by the Ruler upon the
proposal of the Commander-in-Chief, where death in
which shall be considered as martyrdom.

Order : A piece of metal made of gold, silver, pure bronze or
precious stones and takes different shapes and can
be fixed on a scarf worn around the neck or worn over
uniforms, and it is the highest degree of honour and
appreciation granted by the Ruler according to the law.
Medal : A metal piece usually made of platinum, gold, silver or
bronze- painted metal, and it takes various forms and
is a degree of honour and appreciation granted by the
Commander-in-Chief according to the law.
Badge of Appreciation : A degree of honour awarded by the Commander-in-
Chief, on specific occasions, or in appreciation of
distinguished efforts, in accordance with this Law and
the terms and conditions specified by its executive
regulations.
Insignia : The sign indicating Orders, Medals, and approved
specialised training courses, attached to the chest
of the military uniform to distinguish those who were
awarded orders, medals and Badges of Appreciation.
Certificate : An official document issued by the awarding body of
the Order, Medal, or Badge of Appreciation, stating the
identity of the recipient, the name of the Order, Medal
or Badge of appreciation, and the date of granting the
same.

المادة 3 — Orders and Medals shall be awarded to those subject to the provisions of

this Lawwho have performed outstanding and worthy deeds in the interest
of the General Headquarters or Community.

المادة 4 — أصدرت بأمر من الحاكم بالتصديق عليه

تُصدر قراراً من القائد الأعلى بعد موافقة رئيس مجلس الوزراء. وينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
ب. تُمنح الشارات والوسامات التقديرية بقرار من القائد الأعلى بعد توصية المدير العام.
ج. يمنح الملك أو وكيلاً منه الأوامر، بينما يمنح القائد الأعلى أو وكيلاً منه الشارات والوسامات التقديرية.

المادة 5 — The Orders and Medals shall be as follows:

First – Orders:
1. Zayed Order for Security Excellence (Two Classes)
2. Abu Dhabi Police Order (Five Classes)
3. Order of Martyr (One Class)
4. Order of Bravery (one Class)
Second: Medals:
1. The Falcon Medal (4 Classes)
2. The Security cooperation Medal (Two Classes)
3. The Medal of Excellence (Three Classes)
4. The Duty Medal (Two classes)
5. The Medal of Honour and Trust (One Class)
6. The Rescue Medal (Two Classes)
7. The Security Sense Medal (One Class)
8. The Leadership Medal (Two Classes)
9. The Scientific Research Medal (One Class)
10. The Career Excellence Medal (One Class)
11. The Loyalty Medal (Two Classes)

المادة 6 — المرسوم الأميري لحوكمة الأمن الفاخرة

الترتيب الذكي للتميز الأمني هو الترتيب الأمني الأعلى،
وسيُمنح للقادة في القيادة العامة من الذين قاموا بخدمات أو إنجازات متميزة وبصدق وتفاني خلال خدمتهم بطريقة تساهم في الحفاظ على الأمن،
وتحتوي هذه الميدالية على فئتين، كما يلي:
الفئة الأولى: للضباط والمواطنين في المرتبة المكافئة، وهي ذهبية، وستُدفع مكافأة مالية لها.
الفئة الثانية: للضباط غير المكلفين والأشخاص والمواطنين في المرتبة المكافئة، وهي فضية، وستُدفع مكافأة مالية لها.
2. ترتيب الشرطة في أبوظبي:
أ. سيُمنح ترتيب الشرطة في أبوظبي للقادة في القيادة العامة من الذين قاموا بخدمات متميزة أو مميزة للقيادة العامة بطريقة تساهم في الحفاظ على الأمن.
ب. سيتم منح مكافأة مالية لهذا الترتيب، وتحتوي على خمس فئات، كما يلي:
الفئة الأولى: للضباط في المرتبة رتبةGenerals أو أعلى والمرتبة المكافئة المدنية.
الفئة الثانية: للضباط في رتبة الميجور والعقيد والمرتبة المكافئة المدنية.
الفئة الثالثة: للضباط في رتبة العقيد ورتبة الميجور والمرتبة المكافئة المدنية.
الفئة الرابعة: للضباط في رتبة الرائد أو أقل والمرتبة المكافئة المدنية.
الفئة الخامسة: للطلاب المرشحين، والضباط غير المكلفين، والأشخاص والمواطنين في المرتبة المكافئة.

ج. يجب على القائد الأعلى أن يقترح درجة الميدالية التي سيتم منحها للمilitary و أفراد المجتمع الذين قاموا بأداء خدمات استثنائية أو إنجازات مميزة تستحق التقدير.
3. رتبة الشهيد:
أ. تُمنح رتبة الشهيد لأفراد مقر القيادة العامة والمilitary وأفراد المجتمع.
ب. تتكون الرتبة من درجة واحدة، ولونها ذهبي، ويتم صرف مكافأة شهرية لها.
4. رتبة الشجاعة:
أ. تُمنح رتبة الشجاعة لأفراد مقر القيادة العامة الذين يقومون بأعمال تدل على شجاعة كبيرة.
ب. تتكون الرتبة من درجة واحدة، ولونها ذهبي، ويتم صرف مكافأة شهرية لصاحبها.
ج. عند منح الرتبة عدة مرات، يتم مضاعفة قيمة المكافأة. وينبغي أن يحتفظ صاحب هذه الرتبة بمكافأة هذه الرتبة إذا تم نقله إلى وظائف مدنية، وفي حالة إرساله للتقاعد، تُضاف المكافأة إلى معاش التقاعد بالإضافة إلى المبالغ المستحقة له، وفي حالة وفاته تُدفع المكافأة إلى مستلمي معاشاته بالإضافة إلى المبالغ المستحقة لهم.

المادة 7 — 1. The Falcon Medal:

a. The Falcon Medal shall be awarded to Members of the General
Headquarters who have faithfully and sincerely served for a period of
no less than ten years.
b. This Medal may be awarded to anyone who has performed part of their
service in the armed forces, the State Security Service, the Ministry of
Interior and police headquarters, whether the entire period of service
was military or part of it was completed in the civil capacity or vice
versa, provided that a similar medal was not obtained for service in
those entities.
c. This Medal consists of four classes, as follows:

First class: granted to a NAtional Member of the General Headquarters
who has spent forty years or more in service, it is in Platinum colour,
and a monetary reward shall be disbursed therefor
Second class: granted to a National Member of the General
Headquarters who has spent thirty years or more in the service, it is in
gold colour, and a monetary reward shall be disbursed therefor.
Third class: granted to a National Member of the General Headquarters
who has spent twenty years or more in the service, it is in silver colour,
and a monetary reward shall be disbursed therefor.
Fourth class: granted to a National or non-National Member of the
General Headquarters who has served ten years or more, it is in bronze
colour, and no monetary reward shall be disbursed therefor.
d. In order to obtain this medal, no disciplinary or criminal penalty should
have been imposed in a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty
upon the candidate therefor, unless its effects are removed or the
candidate was rehabilitated.
e. This Medal shall be awarded whether the entire period of service was
military or part of it was completed in a civil capacity, and the service
period preceding the obtainment of the nationality of the State shall be
included in the calculation of the period of service based on which the
entitlements are computed.
2. The Security Cooperation Medal
a. The Security Cooperation Medal shall be awarded to Members of the
General Headquarters whose distinguished efforts have a tangible
effect in reaching a high-level efficiency of the General Headquarters
or have made distinguished efforts in the execution of Internal Security
Operations in accordance with the law.
b. This Medal consists of two classes as follows:
First Class: for officers and civilians at an equivalent rank, it is in gold
colour, and a monetary reward shall be disbursed therefor.
Second Class: for non-commissioned officers, individuals and civilians at
an equivalent rank, it is in silver colour, and a financial reward shall be

disbursed therefor.
C. The Executive regulations shall specify the Medal’s class awarded to
anyone other than the aforementioned categories.
3. The Medal of Excellence
a. The Medal of Excellence shall be awarded to Members of the General
Headquarters who are distinguished in their academics, training, or
sports inside or outside the State.
b. The Medal of Excellence is in gold colour and consists of three classes,
as follows:
First class: granted to outstanding students on duty, who have an
excellent degree or its equivalent in undergraduate and postgraduate
studies in the specialisations needed by the General Headquarters,
whether from civil, security or military educational institutions inside or
outside the State, and a financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
Second class: granted to a Member of the General Headquarters
who performs the duty of teaching or training in academies, colleges,
institutes, schools, or training centres for a period of no less than three
years in a distinctive manner, and shall also be granted to those with
an excellent grade in security, professional and specialised courses
determined by the General Headquarters and the period of each shall
not be less than three months. A financial reward shall be disbursed
therefor.
Third class: granted to sports teams in the General Headquarters
that have achieved first places in local, regional, continental or global
sports matches or competitions. It shall also be granted to everyone
who has excelled in the field of sports at an individual level, and a
financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
C. The executive regulations shall specify other conditions for awarding
the Medal of Excellence
4. The Duty Medal:
a. The Duty Medal shall be awarded to Members of the General
Headquarters who died during, due to, or in the course of carrying

out their job duties, or were injured during, due to, or in the course
of performing such duty and the injury has caused a percentage of
disability, physical or psychological harm, or congenital deformity, and
such percentage shall be determined by a resolution of the competent
medical committee.
b. The medal consists of two classes, as follows:
First Class: granted to someone who passed away or was affected by a
total disability that prevents him from living a normal life, during, due
to, or in the course of performing his job duties or carrying out Internal
Security Operations. This Medal is in gold colour, and a monthly reward
shall be disbursed therefor.
Second Class: granted to someone who was affected by a partial disability
that does not prevent him from living a normal life, during, due to, or in
the course of performing his job duties or carrying out Internal Security
Operations. This medal is in silver colour, and a monetary reward shall
be disbursed therefor.
5- The Medal of Honour and Trust:
a. The Medal of Honour and Trust shall be awarded to Members of the
General Headquarters and Community Members who have performed
works that demonstrate their highest levels of honour, honesty and
sincerity. This Medal is in gold colour, and a monetary reward shall be
disbursed therefor.
b. The executive regulations shall determine the conditions and controls
for awarding this Medal.
6- The Rescue Medal:
a. It shall be granted to Members of the General Headquarters, Military
and Community Members who were distinguished in first aids, search
and rescue, firefighting, or dismantling explosives inside or outside the
State.
b. It shall also be granted to volunteers and Community Members who
have exposed themselves to serious risks in order to save the lives
or money of others in cases of wars, crises, disasters or accidents,

or have performed worthy deeds in the interest of the State or the
General Headquarters outside the State.
c. The Rescue Medal shall consist of two classes as follows:
First class: for officers and civilians at an equivalent rank. It is in gold
colour and a financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
Second class: for non-commissioned officers, individuals and civilians
at an equivalent rank, it is in silver colour and a financial reward shall
be disbursed therefor.
d. The executive regulations shall determine the Medal’s class awarded
to other categories.
7- The Security Sense Medal:
a. The Security Sense Medal shall be awarded to Members of the General
Headquarters and to the Community Members who have made an
exceptional effort or action that indicates a sense of security and led
to the prevention of a serious crime, the discovery of its perpetrators
or its tools, or a distinguished achievement in the field of crime control,
methods of prevention thereof, prevention of its recurrence, and
limitation of its effects.
b. The Medal consists of one class, in gold colour, and a monetary reward
shall be disbursed therefor.
c. The executive regulations shall determine the controls for awarding this
Medal.
8. The Leadership Medal:
a. The Leadership Medal shall be awarded to officers and non-
commissioned officers who have spent a period of service in the
General Headquarters of no less than (15) fifteen years during which
they have demonstrated distinguished leadership qualities in the
performance of their duties, achieved excellent results and were able
to qualify human resources who are capable of raising the level of
performance in police or security work.
B. The Leadership Medal consists of two classes, as follows:
First class: for officers, it is in gold colour, and a financial reward shall

be disbursed therefor.
Second class: for non-commissioned officers, it is in silver colour and
a financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
c. The executive regulations shall determine the controls for awarding this
Medal.
9.The Scientific Research Medal:
a. The Scientific Research Medal shall be awarded to Members of the
General Headquarters, Military, and Community Members who have
provided scientific, technical or professional research or who have
contributed to the innovation of improvements or introductions
of inventions that have positively contributed to the development
or enrichment of one of the areas of the police or security work or
community service.
b. The Scientific Research Medal consists of one class, in gold colour, and
a financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
c. The executive regulations shall determine the controls of the procedures,
conditions and standards of research based on which the Medal is
awarded.
10. The Career Excellence Medal
a. The Career Excellence Medal shall be awarded to any Member of the
General Headquarters who was distinguished in his work and has offered
work that shows such distinction, whether on-field, administratively,
technically, or professionally.
b. The Medal shall consist of a single class, in gold colour, and a monetary
reward shall be disbursed therefor.
c. The executive regulations shall determine the other conditions and
controls based on which the medal is granted.
11. The Loyalty Medal
a. The Loyalty Medal shall be awarded to retired Members of the General
Headquarters who have spent twenty-five years or more in service.
b. The medal consists of two classes and a monetary reward shall be
disbursed therefor, as follows:

First class: for the officers and civilians at an equivalent rank and it is
in gold colour.
Second class: For non-commissioned officers, individuals and civilians
at an equivalent rank, and it is in silver colour.
c. The executive regulations shall determine the controls and conditions
based on which this Medal is granted.
12. The Community Service Medal:
a. The Community Service Medal shall be awarded to Members of the
General Headquarters, Military and Community Members who have
provided community or humanitarian works or services that have a
positive and influential role in society or have played a prominent role
in adjusting negative behaviours or have served police and security
work in the cases specified in the executive regulations.
B. The Medal consists of one class, it is in gold colour and a monetary
reward shall be disbursed therefor.
13. The Medal of the Sword of Honour:
The Medal of the Sword of Honour shall be awarded to Members of the
General Headquarters, Military and student candidates who obtain the
Sword of Honour from any of the police, security or military academies,
colleges or institutes inside or outside the State, unless it was awarded
by another entity. The Medal is in gold colour.
14. The Medal of Creativity and Innovation
a. The Medal of Innovation and Creativity shall be awarded to Members of
the General Headquarters and Community Members who have offered
an innovation or creativity that has had a positive role in developing
methods of administrative patterns and behaviours, or grouping them
or reconstructing them into distinct and developed forms that incite
people to assume creative work in the police, security, or community
fields, with the aim of deepening the vision of the General Headquarters
as well as its objectives in achieving its competencies and policies.
b. The Medal consists of one class, it is in gold colour, and a monetary
reward shall be disbursed therefor.

15. The Medal of External Security Tasks
a. The Medal of External Security Tasks shall be awarded to the Members
of the General Headquarters, Military and Community Members who
have participated in police or security missions outside the State or
have performed worthy acts in the interest of the State or the General
Headquarters abroad for a period of no less than three months.
b. The Medal consists of one class, it is in gold colour, and a monetary
reward shall be disbursed therefor.

المادة 8 — a. The Commander-in-Chief may award Appreciation Badges to Members

of the General Headquarters or to Community Members when they
meet sufficient reasons for deserving the same in accordance with the
cases, controls and conditions that he specifies by a resolution, and no
financial reward shall be disbursed therefor.
b. The Commander-in-Chief or whoever delegated thereby may, according
to his discretion, grant certificates, written Patents, or other incentives
to Members of the General Headquarters or other police, security,
or military agencies in the State, if they accomplish remarkable
achievements or perform great security services during their service,
or to any Community Members who were cooperative and loyal with
the General Headquarters to maintain public policy and morals in the
Emirate.

المادة 9 — وسيلة تمييزية توضع على كل من الأوامر أو الميداليات وجميع أشكالها

الترقيات المتكررة للوسام بالطريقة التي يُحددّها اللوائح التنفيذية لهذا القانون.

المادة 10 — يُقترح المدير العام نوع الجائزة متعددة الأصناف التي سيتم منحها

مستحقة لغير المستحقين لدرجات الخدمة المدنيّة.

المادة 11 — The Member of the General Headquarters may be awarded the Orders or

Medals stipulated in this Law whenever he fulfils the conditions prescribed
for awarding the same if his service was terminated for a reason other than
the following:
1. Resignation.
2. Revocation, withdrawal or loss of the State’s nationality, and it shall take
place from the date of issuance of the decree to this effect.
3. Being dispensed from service.
4. Dismissal or removal from office.
5. Expulsion from service.
6. Demotion and Expulsion.
7. The issuance of a final court ruling in a crime involving moral turpitude
and dishonesty.
8. Incompetency.
9. Escape from service.

المادة 12 — يمكن للقائد الأعلى إعفاء بعض الشروط

مطلوب لمنح الشارات المذكورة في هذا القانون.

المادة 13 — The ranks of Orders, Medals and Badges shall be arranged according to their

order in the manner stipulated in this law.

المادة 14 — من منح أمرًا يحصل على شهادة مختومة بالملك

أو من يفوضه، وأي شخص منح درجةً سُيُمنح شهادةً مُختمَّة بختم القائد الأعلى. وفقًا للإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون وتنظيماته التنفيذية وفقًا للأشكال التي تُعدّها القيادة العامة.

المادة 15 — لجنة خاصة تُشكَّل بقرار من القائد

يُكلف رئيس المكتب بالتحقيق في طلبات منح الأوامر والشارات والعلامات التقديرية، وتقديم التوصيات بشأن من يرى أنه يستوفي الشروط اللازمة لمنحها، وتقديم هذه التوصيات إلى الجهات المختصة لمنحها.

المادة 16 — أ. الأوامر والنياشيد والوسام والشهادة لكل

منهم سيكون ملك من تمت الموافقة عليه من بين المكلفين بأحكام هذه القوانين.
ب. يجوز منح أي من الأوامر والشهادات والوسام المذكورة في هذه القوانين لأي متوفى بعد تاريخ وفاته، وفي هذه الحالة يُسلم إلى وصي him القانوني.
ج. تبقى الأوامر والشهادات والوسام والشهادة الخاصة بكل منها المُنظمة في هذه القوانين وتنظيماتها التنفيذية في حوزة ورثة صاحبها ضمن ماله الشخصي كتذكار، ولا يملك أي منهما حق ارتدائها، ولا يجوز لصاحبها أو ورثته التصرف فيها، ولا يُمكن استيلاء عليها.
د. لا يجوز لصاحب الأوامر والشهادات والوسام، ولا لورثته الشرعيين، التصرف فيها بالبيع أو التنازل عنها سواء بتعويض أو بدونه، ولا يجوز تجارة بها أو بشهاداتها، أو استيلاء عليها أو تأمينها، وفي حالة فقدانها أو تلفها، يُمكن لصاحبها الحصول على استبدال حقيقي لها فقط بعد التحقق من فقدانها أو تلفها.

المادة 17 — a. It is not permissible for a Member of the General Headquarters to

wear or carry foreign Orders, decorations, Medals and Badges, and
the like., which are granted by presidents of other states, except by an

Executive Council Resolution. As for the rest of the Orders, decorations,
Medals and Badges, he may not wear or carry any of them without the
permission of the Commander- in-Chief.
b. Orders, decorations, Medals and Badges awarded in accordance with
the provisions of this Law shall have precedence over the Orders,
decorations, Medals and Badges granted by the Federal and local
entities in the State. Furthermore, the Orders, decorations, Medals
and Badges granted by Arab countries shall have precedence over
the Orders, decorations, Medals and Badges granted by other foreign
countries.
c. The order of Orders, decorations, Medals and Badges in each of the
aforementioned categories shall be determined by a resolution of the
Commander-in-Chief.

المادة 18 — أي من أعضاء القيادة العامة أو القوات المسلحة أو

الأشخاص الأعضاء الذين يخضعون لنصوص هذه القوانين يمكن إزالة الأوامر والشهادات والوسامات التي منحت لهم إذا تم إصدار حكم نهائي ضدهم في جريمة تتعلق بالفساد الأخلاقي أو الغش، أو إذا قاموا بفعل لا يتوافق مع متطلبات الولاء للوطن.
ب. تُزال الأوامر بناءً على قرار من الحاكم بناءً على اقتراح القائد الأعلى وموافقة رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
ج. تُزال الشهادات والوسامات بناءً على قرار من القائد الأعلى بناءً على اقتراح المدير العام.
د. تؤدي إزالة الأوامر والشهادات والوسامات إلى إرجاعها وإلغاء الشهادة من تاريخ الإزالة، مع إلغاء الحقوق والامتيازات المقررة للمُحَوَّل من ذلك التاريخ، وإيقاف صرف المكافأة الشهرية المقررة، إن وُجدت.

المادة 19 — الأنظمة والمنح والوسام والتقديرات والشهادات التي منحت سابقاً قبل

تبقى تاريخ دخول أحكام هذه القوانين حيزاً للتطبيق، وتبقى المبالغ المالية المرتبطة بها مُعطاة لمستفيدينها أو ورثتها.

المادة 20 — The value of the financial rewards that are disbursed to whomever is awarded

any of the Orders and Medals stipulated in this Law, shall be determined by
an Executive Council resolution based on the proposal of the Commander-
in-Chief. The resolution shall also specify the provisions and controls for the
disbursement and suspension of the monthly rewards associated with the
orders and Medals mentioned in this law.

المادة 21 — في تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون، يكون الطالب المتقدم

الباحث والمرشد، وهما أعضاء في القيادة العامة، يُعتبران أفرادًا.

المادة 22 — أ. يصدر القائد الأعلى قرارًا بشأن الأشكال

الرسوم، الخطوط، الأبعاد، الأحجام، الألوان، واستخدامات شارات الوحدات الشرطية
التي تحملها أعضاء القيادة العامة أو تُثبت على المباني أو المركبات العسكرية الخاصة
بالمؤسسة أو التخصصات الخاصة.
ب. يصدر قرار من القائد الأعلى يحدد تنظيم حمل شارات الدورات الموافقة عليها
من الجهة المختصة.

المادة 23 — قاعدة بيانات تُنشأ في مقر القيادة العامة تحتوي على

معلومات حول الأختام، السجلات، الوثائق، والشهادات المتعلقة بال

المنح، والأنذار، والأوسمة والجوائز. يجب أن يحتوي سجل خاص لكل منحة، وأذن، وأوسمة وجائزة على أسماء حائزيها، ووصفهم الرسمي، ودرجة المنحة، والأذن، والأوسمة والجوائز الممنوحة لهم، وتاريخ منحها، وأي بيانات أخرى ذات صلة.

المادة 24 — أ. تصدر اللوائح التنفيذية لهذا القانون بأمر من

القائد العام بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء.
ب. تحدد اللوائح التنفيذية لهذه القوانين الإجراءات المتعلقة بمنح الأوسمة والشهادات والعلامات التقديرية، وكذلك الحقوق والامتيازات المقررة للمُحَقِّق لأي منها، بالإضافة إلى الأشكال والرسوم والمواصفات والمعايير والرموز المرتبطة بها.
ج. يصدر القائد العام أو من يُوكل إليه ذلك، القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذه القوانين ولوائحها التنفيذية.

المادة 26 — يُنشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ويُصبح سارياً
