Law No. (23) of 2006, to read as follows:
“3. Subject to Clause (1) of this Article, the members of the Government
Case Division shall be subject to the provisions prescribed in the human
resources rules and regulations applicable in the Department.”
Article (2)
A new Article under No. (37 bis) of aforesaid Law No. (23) of 2006 shall be
added to read as follows:

“The Chairman shall issue in agreement with the Chairman of the
governmental entity a resolution determining the employees at said entity in
the Emirate, who have the capacity of law enforcement judicial officers, in
accordance with the local legislations providing for granting such capacity
to the employees of any governmental entity”.
Article (3)
Any provision contrary to the provisions of this Law shall be repealed.
Article (4)
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from
the date of its publication.
