Article 1 — The Board of Directors of Etihad Airways Group shall be formed under the ¶

chairmanship of H.E. Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, and the membership
of their Excellencies and gentlemen:
Ali Majid Al Mansouri
Mohammed Mubarak bin Fadel Al Mazrouei
Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh
Hamad Abdullah Rashid Al Shamsi
Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri
Ahmed Ali Matar Al Rumaithi

Article 2 — The term of the Board's membership shall be three renewable years. ¶
