CABINET RESOLUTION NO. (4) of 2013 REGARDING THE
DETERMINATION OF THE LOCATION AND AREA OF ABU DHABI
INTERNATIONAL MARKET
The Cabinet,
Having reviewed:
The Constitution;
Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 regarding the competences of the Ministries and the Powers of the
Ministers and its amended laws;
Federal Law No. (8) of 2004 regarding the Financial Free Zones;
Cabinet Resolution No. (28) of 2007 regarding the implementing regulations of the Federal Law No.
(8) of 2004 regarding the Financial Free Zones;
Federal Decree No. (15) of 2013 regarding the incorporation of a financial free zone in the emirate
of Abu Dhabi; and
Based on the approval of the Cabinet
Resolve the following:
Article (1)
The location of the “Abu Dhabi International Market” shall be on Al Mariya Island in the emirate of
Abu Dhabi, area of (1,680,323) sq. m., as per the attached map.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall take effect as from the date of its issue and shall be published in the Official
Gazetter.
