Subject: Brief Scope of Services ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ: ﻣﻠﺨﺺ ﻧﻄﺎﻕ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ/ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎﺕ
The Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre
(hereinafter referred to as “Centre”) seeks the
Service of the Contractor to provide Tunnel
Management System Operation in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi. Some of the Services required
are;
1. The Centre is seeking to procure the
Services of a Contractor to operate the
Tunnel Systems associated with (a)
Sheikh Zayed Tunnel (b) Yas Tunnel (c)
Ras Al Akhdhar Tunnels (d) Mina
Tunnels (e) Al Maryah Tunnels
(Provisional)
2. Operate the Tunnel Systems 24 hours
per day, 7 days per week in accordance
with the standards stated in operations
manual, local standard authority
requirements, best international
practices and as instructed by the
Centre.
3. The Contractor shall be responsible for
delivering the Tunnel System Operation
Services to achieve the following
objectives:
 Safe passage of motorists through
the tunnel
 Reduced travel time for motorists
 Reliable travel time for motorists
 Timely and effective response to
ﻳﺳﻌﻰ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺍ ﻟﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻛﺎﻣﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑ ﻲ )ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭ ﺇ ﻟﻳﻪ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ ﺑﺎﺳﻡ
"ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺯ"( ﻟ ﻠﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟ ﻣﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﻟ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ

1 . ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺃﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺍﻷﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﻥ ) ﺃ( ﻧﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﺷﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﺯﺍﻳﺩ،
)ﺏ( ﻧﻔﻖ ﺟﺯﻳﺭﺓ ﻳﺎﺱ )ﺝ( ﺃﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﺭﺃﺱ ﺍﻷﺧﺿﺭ )ﺩ(
ﺃﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﻧﺎ، ﻭ )ﻩ( ﺃﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﺟﺯﻳﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﺭﻳﺔ )ﺍﺣﺗﻳﺎﻁﺎ(.
2 . ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺃﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺍﻷﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺩﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻳﻭﻡ، 7 ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻷﺳﺑﻭﻉ، ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺻﻭﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻟﻳﻝ
ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﻭﺃﻓﺿﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﻣﻊ ﻭﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ،
ﺍﻟﻣﻣﺎﺭﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻭﺑﺣﺳﺏ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺍﻟﻧﻘﻝ
ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻛﺎﻣﻝ.
3 . ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﻣﺳﺅﻭﻻ ﻋﻥ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺃﻧﻅﻣﺔ
ﺍﻷﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﺿﻣﻥ ﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻷﻫﺩﺍﻑ ﺍﻟ ﺗﺎﻟﻳﺔ:
 ﻋﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺑﺎﺕ ﻟﺳﺎﺋﻘﻲ ﺍﻵﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻭﺭ

 ﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ ﻭﻗﺕ ﺗﻧﻘﻼﺕ ﺳﺎﺋﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺑﺎﺕ.
 ﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﻣﺩﺓ ﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ ﻟﺗﻧﻘﻼﺕ ﺳﺎﺋﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺑﺎﺕ .

tunnel incidents (including effective
tunnel closure and evacuation
procedures)
 Air quality in tunnel not to exceed
specified levels of pollutants
 External air quality due to tunnel
operations to be maintained within
prescribed limits
 Discharge of water from pump
stations to be within prescribed
limits
 Clear, timely and accurate
information for road users
 Effective coordination with all road
network stakeholders
The duration of the Contract shall be 38
months.

 ﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﻔﺭﻳﻎ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺣﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺿﺦ ﻭﻓﻖ
ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻭﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ.
 ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﺿﺣﺔ ﻭﺩﻗﻳﻘﺔ ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﻟﻠﺳﺎﺋﻘﻳﻥ.
 ﺍﻟﺗﻧﺳﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﻔﻌّﺎﻝ ﻣﻊ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺃﺻﺣﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﻓﻲ
ﺷﺑﻛﺔ ﺍ ﻟﻁﺭﻕ.
ﺗُﻘﺩﺭ ﻣﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﺑـ 38 ﺷﻬﺭﺍ.
ﻟﻣﺯﻳﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺎﺻﻳﻝ ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻻﻁﻼﻉ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﻗﺻﺔ .
