Plan - Public Invitation to Tender
Dear Sirs,
The Integrated Transport Centre, Abu Dhabi,
United Arab Emirates (Centre) invites you to bid
for the above-mentioned Tender (please refer to
attached brief Scope of Services).

If you intend to participate in this Tender, you are
kindly requested to submit a request for
participation using the following link:

However, the request should be received no

Once your request for participation in the Tender
is received, our representative will validate the
activities listed within your company Trade
License in relation to the nature of the Scope of
Work/Services required under this Tender; and
you will be updated about the status of your
request within two one working days from date
of its receipt.
Once approved, relevant companies shall
immediately receive messages to access and
download the Tender documents.
The last date for bids submission is 10:00 Hours
on 26 October 2022. Late bids submission will
not be accepted.

The Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre
seeks the Service of the Consultant to Update
Bus Master Plan. Some of the Services
required include;
1. Review of the existing situation for Public
Transport and identify issues and
challenges, including potential and future
challenges;
2. International best practice review of public
bus services and network design
strategies;
3. Undertake a detailed assessment of
options and solutions for the public
transport focusing on bus based services
and develop a series of recommendations;
4. Develop a series of Regional Public
Transport Plan for different regions across
the Emirate, including service,
infrastructure, implementation and
financial plans;
5. Develop the final Bus Master Plan
including a Business Case; and
6. Provisional items for additional tasks
including to undertake an implementation
and monitoring program based on the
finalized Bus Master Plan.

يسعى مركز ا لنقل املتكامل في أبوظب ي ل لحصول على ال خدمات
اال ستشاري ة الخاصة ب خطة النقل الشاملة للحافالت ، او تشتمل
الخدمات املطلوبة ما يلي :ا
1. مراجعة الوضع الحالي لشبكة الحافالت وتحديد قائمة
التحديات الحالية واملستقبلية .
2. اعداد املقارنة املعيارية وأفضل املمارسات لخدمات
الحافالت والستراتيجيات .
3. ا عداد تقييم مفصل للخيارات والحلول املقترحة للنقل العام
على مع التركيز الخدمات املتاحة للحافالت وتوفير التوصيات
الالزمة .
4. تطوير الخطط اإلقليمية للنقل العام ملختلف مناطق
اإلمارة، بما في ذلك الخدمات املقدمة والبن ية التحتية
او خطط التنفيذ والخطط املالية. ا
5. النهائي لخطة النقل الشاملة للحافالت مع حالة التقرير اصدار
األعمال.
6. البنود املؤقتة للمهام اإلضافية بما يتضمن تطبيق ومراقبة
املهام الخاصة إلعداد خطة النقل الشاملة للحافالت بناء على
الخطة الشاملة لنقل ا لحافالت املحدثة.
مدة العقد : 18 شهرا.
