Dear Sirs,
1. The integrated Transport Centre (ITC) plans
to appoint a Qualified Transportation and
Traffic Engineering Consultant/consultancy
to support ITC in conducting and reviewing
Transportation Studies.
The Integrated Transport Centre (the Centre)
conducts, reviews and approves all developments
that may impact the transportation network within
Abu Dhabi. Currently the projects range from
single building developments in the western region
or Al Ain City to new city developments such as
Saadiyaat and Reem Islands with all parking,
cycling, pedestrian and Public Transport
requirements.
To ensure that the Centre can efficiently meet these
challenges, the Studies Division of the Integrated
Transport Centre seeks the services of a Qualified
Transportation and Traffic Engineering
Consultant/Consultancy to support the Centre in
conducting and reviewing Transportation Studies.
The traffic and transportation support services
shall include the following:
1. Reviewing and undertaking studies for:
a. major multi-modal transportation master
plan and impact studies within Abu
Dhabi Emirate.
b. Building applications within the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi from a Transportation
Planning Perspective (accessibility,
safety, parking etc.).

ﻭﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻄﻮﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻓﻲ
ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻮﻅﺒﻲ . ﺗﺘﺮﺍﻭﺡ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺭﻳﻊ ﺣﺎﻟﻴًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﺒﺎﻧﻲ ﺃﻭ
ﺃﺭﺍﺿﻲ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻦ ﺇﻟﻰ
ﻣﺸﺎﺭﻳﻊ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﺪﻥ ﻭﻣﺠﻤﻌﺎﺕ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺟﺰﺭ
ﺍﻟﺮﻳﻢ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻨﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﻣﻮﺍﻗﻒ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺸﺎﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺩﺭﺍﺟﺎﺕ
ﺃﻭ ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﺎﻡ .
ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﻗﺪﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳ ﺎﺕ ﺑﻜﻔﺎءﺓ ، ﻳﺴﻌﻰ
ﻗﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ
ﺍﺳﺘﺸﺎﺭﻱ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺮﻭﺭ ﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺟﺮﺍء

c. Major transportation infrastructure
projects. Ensuring projects are in line
with strategic planning and policies.
2. Undertaking Cost Sharing Calculations,
Developing & Reviewing Cost Sharing
Agreements.
3. Inspection to monitor compliance with ITC
approvals. The purpose here is to affirm
that the approvals and all applicable
standards are implemented and
maintained properly.
4. Development of integrated engineering
standards and manuals for transportation
studies and designs.
5. Review and monitoring of the
implementation of the strategic elements of
transportation plans including the ITC
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
6. Studying, developing and overseeing
short-term congestion alleviation and road
safety projects including identifying
existing transport challenges through site
observations.
7. Undertaking site inspections on behalf
ITC.
8. Validation and review of macro and micro
models by others.
9. Pedestrian studies (demand, connectivity
studies, improvement of current
provisions, design for intersections etc.).
10. Undertaking Feasibility and Project
Management planning and design for
Special Transportation Projects (bus
parking, park and ride, toll project, electric
car infrastructure).
11. Preparing Concept and Preliminary Road
Layout Plans.
12. Preparing Technical Specifications, Term
of Reference (TOR) and Tender
Documents for various transportation
studies.
13. Record keeping and project assistance.
14. Transportation Impact Study (TIS) online
support and software development.
15. Traffic microsimulation development to
address operational issues and present
mitigations.

3 . ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺘﻴﺶ ﻟﺮﺻﺪ ﺍﻻﻣﺘﺜﺎﻝ ﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ
ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ. ﺍﻟﻐﺮﺽ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻛﻴﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ
ﻭﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﻫﺎ ﻭﺻﻴﺎﻧﺘﻬﺎ
ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ .
4 . ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﻭﺃﺩﻟﺔ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻴﺔ ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ
ﻭﺗﺼﻤﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ .
5 . ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻭﻣﺮﺍﻗﺒﺔ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻂ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ

Create and Submit a new Tender Participating Request: -
Click on the “Request for Participating in Tender” link from Favorite Application available in the start
center.
Click “New Row” button.
Select “Tender Number” from the value list.

Fill required details, attach documents and Click “Save” button to save the record.
Select “Activity as per the scope listed in Commercial License” check box if activity listed on Trade
license.

Download Undertaking Letter by clicking below link, fill and attach under “Undertake Letter” folder.

For Late Tender Collection, the supplier shall submit the Late Tender Collection form along with other
required documents.
Click “Submit” button after uploading required documents.
