Subject: Important Notice: Khalifa Port Security and Safety Procedures
Dear Valued Customers,
We are reaching out to reiterate the critical importance of adhering to the established safety
and security procedures in Khalifa Port. Compliance with these measures is mandatory for all
port users, including customers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure the safety of everyone
within the port premises.
Please review and ensure compliance with the following guidelines:
1. Mandatory Safety Induction Training: All contractors and staff must complete safety
induction training before being permitted to work within the port premises.
2. Photography and Videography Restrictions: Photography and videography are strictly
prohibited without prior authorization. Please ensure that all your personnel are informed of
this policy.
3. Vehicle Front-Side Video Cameras: Vehicles equipped with front-side video cameras are
not permitted to enter the port.
4. Overloading of Buses: Drivers must refrain from overloading buses with staff, as this
practice is unsafe and must be stopped immediately.
We kindly request that you follow and communicate these guidelines to your teams and
ensure strict compliance. Your cooperation is vital to maintaining a secure and safe
environment for all personnel and port users.
