Pollution from Ships (MARPOL Annex VI). The
legislation comes into force on 20 May 2019.
Vessel's Pre-Arrival Notification
Requirement
On or after 20 May 2019 ships visit Abu Dhabi
Ports must submit details of the lAPP
Certificate held through their agent to the
MAQTA Gateway .

exceeding the Sulphur limits of MARPOL Annex
VI must notify Abu Dhabi Ports of their
intention to do so.
