Khalifa Port Harbour Master Directions
Port Clearance procedures
To: All ships Agents /Port Controllers
Application: This direction is applied to all vessels calling at the
emal berth at Khalifa Port.
All shipping agents requesting a Port Clearance for vessels berthed at the Emal
berth at Khalifa Port should submit the following documents to Khalifa Port
Control well in advance of the vessel's expected sailing time.
1. Immigration clearance (number)
2. Customs clearance (number)
3. ADPC Receipt Voucher
Failure to comply with the above requirements may lead to a delay in the
vessel sailing.
These Procedures will come into force from October 1st 2 011
