Details:
From 8th July – 10th August 2021. Up to
twelve (12) vessels will be involved in the
deployment of cables with seismic nodes
attached to the seabed. Vessels will then sail
along the lines of the cables to carry out
acoustic positioning operation. Cables will
remain on the seabed for 33 days.
To avoid any possible fouling of the cables by
ships anchors, vessels are not allowed to
anchor at “A” anchorage designated area.
التفاصيل :
من 08 يوليو - 10 أغسطس 2021 ، ستشارك ما
يصل إلى 12 سف ين ة في نشر الكابالت ذات العقد
الزلزال ية المتصلة بقاع البحر. سوف تبحر السفن بعد
ذلك على طول خطوط الكابالت للقيام بعملية تحديد
المواقع الصوتية. ستبقى الكابالت في قاع ا لبحر لمدة
33 يومًا.
لتجنب أي ضرر محتمل للكابالت بواسطة مراسي
السفن، يُطلب من السفن عدم رمي المخطاف في
منطقة " A ."
When the seismic survey is complete, the
cables will be recovered. All operations are due
to be completed by 10th August 2021.
All vessels approaching or intending to anchor
in Khalifa Port must contact Port Khalifa VTS
and follow their instruction.
عند إ كتمال المسح الزلزالي، سيتم إ سترداد الكابالت.
من المقرر أن تكتمل جميع العمليات بحلول 10
أغسطس 2021 .
يجب على جميع السفن التي تقترب أو تعتزم رمي
المخطاف في ميناء خليفة اإلتصال ب برج المراقبة
التابع ل ل ميناء VTS) ) و إ تباع تعليماته .
Vessels are requested to monitor VHF channel
16/13 continuously and listen for daily
updates.
يتعين على السفن مراقبة الق ناة 16 / 13 بإ ستمرار
واإل ستماع إلى التحديثات اليومية.
Additional information and caution
 Mariners are advised to temporary update
their BA charts
 All vessels to navigate with extreme
caution and keep clear of vessels involved
in seismic operations.
