Summary:
Offshore ADNOC 3D seismic survey
operations in area adjacent and within Sila
Port and its approaches, including southern
part of the Port designated anchorage area.

ع مليات مسح زلزالي ثالثي ة األبعاد تابع ة ل شركة أدنوك في
حدود ميناء السلع والجزء الجنوبي للمنطقة املخصصة لرمي
املخطاف .

Location:
Within Sila Port limits and Southern part of
the designated Anchorage area.

Details:
From 15th February to 20th March 2021, BGP
vessels will be involved in the deployment
of cables with seismic nodes attached to the
seabed. Vessels will then sail along the lines
of the cables to carry out acoustic
positioning and shooting operations.
All vessels approaching should navigate
with caution and lookout for survey vessels
engaged in seismic survey operations in the
port and anchorage areas, displaying the
appropriate day and night shapes and light
signals.
To avoid any possible fouling of the cables
by ships anchors, vessels are requested to
anchor only in the Northern part of the
anchorage as per coordinates hereunder:
التفاصيل :
من تاريخ 15 فبراير إلى 20 مارس 2021 م ، ستشارك سفن
بي.جي.بي في نشر الكابالت ذات العقد الزلزال ية املتصلة بقاع
البحر. سوف السفن على طول خطوط الكابالت للقيام تبحر
ب تحديد املواقع وإطالق العمليات الصوتية وجمع البينات
ذات الصله.
يجب على جميع السفن املبحرة في املنطقة أن تتنقل بحذر
و ت رصد ال سفن امل نخرطة في عمليات املسح الزلزالي في حدود
ميناء السلع والجزء الجنوبي من منطقة رمي املخطاف ، التي
تعرض األشكال واإلشارات الضوئية املناسبة ليال ونهارا .
لتجنب أي ضرر محتمل للكابالت بواسطة مراس ي السفن ،
يُطلب من السفن رمي املخطاف فقط في النصف الشمالي
من منطقة اإلرساء على النحو املحدد في اإل حداثيات التالية:

When the seismic survey is complete, the
cables will be recovered. All operations are
due to be completed by 20th March 2021.
All vessels approaching or intending to
anchor in designated Sila Port Anchorage
area must contact VTS and follow their
instructions.
Vessels are requested to monitor VHF
Channel 16/08 continuously and listen for
daily updates.
عند إ كتمال املسح الزلزالي، سيتم إ سترداد الكابالت. ومن
املقرر أن تكتمل جميع العمليات بحلول 20 مارس 2021 م .
يجب على جميع السفن التي تقترب أو تعتزم رمي املخطاف في
املنطقة التابعه مل يناء السلع اإلتصال ب برج املراقبة VTS) ) و
إ تباع تعليماته .
يتعين على السفن مراقبة الق ناة 08 16/ VHF بإ ستمرار
واإل ستماع إلى التحديثات اليومية.

Additional information and caution
 Mariners are advised to temporary
update their BA charts.
 The seismic source and recording
vessels will operate both day and night,
so keep a safe distance from the
operational area. anchoring and / or
diving operations in this area is strictly
forbidden.
 All vessels to navigate with extreme
caution and keep clear of vessels
involved in seismic operations.
 Below are the operations area
coordinates along with the related
additional information & pictures:

 ي نصح أن يتم تحديث الخرائط األ د ميرالية مؤقتاً.
 س ت عمل السفن املشاركة في املسح الزلزالي ليال و
نهار ا ، لذا يرجى الحفاظ على مسافة آمنة من
منطقة التشغيل. يمنع منعا باتا عمليات الرسو أو
الغوص في املنطقة أدناه .
 يجب على جميع السفن اإلبحار بحذر شديد
واالبتعاد عن السفن املشاركة في العمليات الزلزالية.
 فيما يلي إحداثيات منطقة العمليات إلى جانب
