Cabinet Resolution No. (21) of 2022 Approving the Manual of Unified Health Procedures in the Border Crossings of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)

The Cabinet:
‒ Upon reviewing the Constitution;
‒ Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended; and
‒ Federal Law No. (14) of 2014, On Combating Communicable Diseases; and
‒ Federal Law No. (13) of 2020, On Public Health; and
‒ Based on the resolution of the Supreme Council of the GCC in its Thirty-Ninth Session held on Rabi` al-Akhir 02, 1440 A.H., corresponding to December 09, 2018;
‒ Based on the proposal of the Minister of Health & Prevention; and the approval of the Cabinet;
Has resolved as follows:

Article (1)

The Manual of Unified Health Procedures at the Border Crossings of the GCC issued by the Supreme Council of the GCC in its Thirty-Ninth Session held on Rabi` al-Akhir 02, 1440 A.H. corresponding to December 09, 2018 attached to this resolution, shall be approved.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the day following its publication date.
