Cabinet Resolution No. (214) of 2025 Regarding Misdemeanors and Felonies Deemed Disturbing or Involving a Breach of Trust or Honor in Relation to Judicial Rehabilitation
The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. (5) of 2022 Regarding Rehabilitation;
- Upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the approval of the Cabinet;
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
The misdemeanors and felonies deemed disturbing or involving breach of honor or trust in relation to judicial rehabilitation, as set out in Schedules Nos. (29) to (61) annexed to this Resolution, are hereby approved.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication.
