Cabinet Resolution No. (24) of 2018 Adopting the List of Terrorist Organizations and Individuals

The Cabinet:
– After perusal of the Constitution;
– Federal Law No (7) of 2014 Combating Terrorism Crimes,
– The Cabinet Resolution No (35) of 2014 concerning the Law on the Lists of Terrorist, as amended,
– Based on the presentation by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Resolves:

Article (1)

The list of terrorist organizations and individuals attached hereto shall be approved.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall come into force as of the date it is issued and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
