Cabinet Resolution No. (26) of 2022, Repealing Cabinet Resolution No. (89) of 2020 Approving the Articles of Association of the Union Digital Payments Company (Public Joint Stock Company)

The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, On the Competences of Ministries and Capacities of Ministers, and its amendments thereof; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2022, On Commercial Companies; and
- Based upon the proposal submitted by the Minister of Finance and the Cabinet's approval,
Resolved:

Article (1)

Cabinet Resolution No. (89) of 2020 Approving the Articles of Association of the Union Digital Payments Company (PJSC) shall be repealed.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following its date of issuance.
