Cabinet Resolution No. (13) of 2019 Repealing Cabinet Resolution No. (30) of 2008 Forming the Judicial Coordination Council
The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, concerning the competencies of the ministries and the powers of the ministers, and its amendments; and
- Cabinet Resolution No. (30) of 2008, forming the judicial coordination council; and
- Based upon the Minister of Justice proposal, and the cabinet's approval
It has been decided:
Article (1)
Cabinet Resolution No. (30) of 2008 forming the judicial coordination council shall be repealed.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall come into force as of its date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
