Cabinet Resolution No. (4) of 2022 Approving the Articles of Association of the Etihad Water and Electricity Company (P.J.S.C)

The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, Concerning the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments thereof;
- Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2007, Establishing the Emirates Investment Authority, and its amendments thereof;
- Federal Law by Decree No. (31) of 2020 Regarding Union Water and Electricity Company (UWEC);
- And Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 on Commercial Companies;
- And based upon the Cabinet's approval,
Has resolved the following:

Article (1)

The Articles of Association of the Etihad Water and Electricity Company PJSC (a public joint stock company), whose text is annexed herein, is hereby approved.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the day following the date of its issuance.
