Cabinet Resolution No. (51) of 2020 Approving the list of Terrorist Persons and Organizations
The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. (7) of 2014, on Combatting Terrorist Crimes; and
- Cabinet Resolution No. (20) of 2019, Concerning the Regulation of Terrorism Lists and the Application of the Security Council Resolutions and the relevant Resolutions on the Prevention, Suppression of Terrorism and its Financing and the Cessation of Weapon Proliferation and its Financing; and
- Based upon the proposal submitted by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the Cabinet's approval,
Decided:
Article (1)
The List of Terrorist Persons and Organizations, attached to this Resolution, is hereby approved.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette; and shall come into force as of its date of issuance.
