Cabinet Resolution No. (56) of 2022 Abrogating the National Human Resources Development Fund

The Cabinet,
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution; and
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2017, On Entrusting the Cabinet with certain Competences; and
‒ Cabinet Resolution No. (26) of 2020, Concerning the National Human Resources Development Fund; and
‒ Based upon the Cabinet's approval,
Resolved:

Article (1)

Cabinet Resolution No. (26) of 2020 Concerning the National Human Resources Development Fund is hereby abrogated.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of its date of issuance.
