Cabinet Resolution No. (60) of 2020 Repealing Certain Committees
The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Decree by Law No. (5) of 2011 Regarding the Regulation of Boards of Directors, Trustees, and Committees in the Federal Government,
− Cabinet Resolution No. (11) of 1987 Forming the Committee for Expenditure Rationalization and Budget Resources Development,
− Cabinet Resolution No. (2) of 2005 Regarding the Internal Regulations of the Financial and Economic Committee, and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
Cabinet Resolution No. (11) of 1987 Forming the Committee for Expenditure Rationalization and Budget Resources Development, and Cabinet Resolution No. (2) of 2005 Regarding the Internal Regulations of the Financial and Economic Committee, shall be repealed.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its issuance.
