Cabinet Resolution No. (69) of 2024 Regarding the Approval of Articles of Association of Emirates Petroleum Company (Public Joint Stock Company)

The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Decree by Law No. (32) of 2021 Regarding Commercial Companies,
− Federal Decree by Law No. (19) of 2023 Regarding Emirates Petroleum Company, and
− Upon the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:

Article (1)

The Articles of Association of Emirates Petroleum Company (Public Joint Stock Company), attached hereto, are hereby approved.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its issuance.
